Delivery in the Netherlands takes around 3 business days. Deliveries Europe & WW prox. 4-7 days.
Standard shipping is without use of track and trace, we do not know exactly when your delivery arrives.
Your order will be prepared by us, after receiving the payment (1 to 2 days after you have transferred the amount). Exceeding any delivery term will never entitle you to compensation. 03 CS Jewelry is not responsible for delays by PostNL or any other Post service.
We ship internationally by PostNL. The international delivery duration varies per country. You can check them here. We are not responsible for the rights, taxes and other import charges and costs.
Purchased 03 CS Jewelry pieces can’t be returned due to hygienic reasons.
An item that does not meet the requirements may be exchanged for the same value our a coupon code within 7 days after receiving your package. The shipping costs ( most of the time a post stamp ) are for the customer. We take no responsibility for repairs done by third parties.
